Yoga/Pilates class is designed to help you lengthen your body, tone your muscles, taper your body shape, improve your balance, and deepen your breathing capacity, helping you to eliminate toxins…
You can expect twenty minutes of Pilates class work, strengthening all the core muscles that support your spine, not just your abdominals. Specifically, you will learn how to have good posture by pulling in and up from your navel to your spine, bolstering your weak abdominals and lengthening the tight muscles in your low back that cause excessive arch. Yoga exercises such as lunges and squats are included for stamina, placing your inner core on a firmer foundation.

As you give your body space to breathe deeply, your internal organs have more freedom to effectively function, facilitating respiration, removing toxins, and massaging away stress. Physically, you will learn to be in control by developing centeredness and becoming balanced and stable. Often physical strength develops other parts of our being, transforming and renewing our minds and spirits.
