Debbie is a third year Doctor of Pharmacy student at the University of Charleston who is passionate about helping others improve their health. She understands what a struggle weight loss can be since in 2010 she was almost 200 pounds. When she decided to take charge of her health, Debbie started working out with Beachbody® programs and fell in love. Since then she has had amazing results that you can achieve too. She promises to motivate you and hold you accountable to help you can reach whatever fitness goals you have. As long as you have the right support, you can accomplish anything!
What is TurboFire? This high energy program is the perfect combination of kickboxing drills, aerobic exercise, and dance all performed to upbeat music that motivates you to dial up your intensity levels. These moves combined with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) burn up to 9x more fat and calories than traditional cardio. These HIIT moves are known as “Fire Drills.” Unlike traditional cardio, HIIT means working out at your max in up to 1-minute intervals. As a result, your body burns up to 9x more fat and calories. Even after you’re done with class, your body continues to burn calories for up to a 24-hour period. This means 4 minutes of HIIT can be more effective than 30 to 45 minutes on a treadmill or stair climber.
Then, after getting Fired Up Debbie will give you the opportunity to sample the healthiest meal of the day, Shakeology® and the P90X Results and Recovery Formula®, the perfect addition to any workout.
