Debbie is a third year Doctor of Pharmacy student at the University of Charleston who is passionate about helping others improve their health and ending the trend of obesity in children. She believes that by getting children active at a young age, they will have the building blocks they need to live a longer healthier life. Her goal is to motivate kids, and show them that exercise is cool.
What is Fit Kids Club? It is a workout/dance routine designed for children ages 7 and up. Fit Kids Club features easy-to-follow hip hop moves that will get kids off the couch and out dancing on the floor. Shaun T’s engaging energy gets kids moving, as he teaches cool steps with rad music that will have kids getting down and getting fit at the same time. These workouts are so much fun; they don’t even feel like exercise! The best part is Fit Kids Club features young people who are exercising to feel good and have fun. It isn’t gimmicky or silly. These are simple routines that anyone can do—no need to be a trained dancer!
