Come experience the benefits of articulating your spine. The spinal column holds the spinal cord that feeds nerves to every muscle of your body. Learn how to move with flexibility and strength, releasing the tension that builds up by following the same routine day after day.
About Me:
My passion is to inspire others to understand the body as a work of art and my classes emphasize postural alignment and skills to strengthen the interior core muscles. I believe these types of movements encourage a firmer, slimmer appearance. Classes consist of fluid rhythmic movements that coordinate with the natural ebb and flow pattern of the breath. With practice, this type of exercise eases strain, improves body shape, facilitates flexibility, stabilizes the center of balance, oxygenates the body, and promotes a sense of well being.
If you would like Personal Training in Pilates or Yoga, the cost is $35.00 per hour for members; $40.00 for non-members
