Erica Strother is the owner of the Kanawha Valley Force and has been involved in cheerleading since the age of 8. She has coached and choreographed for almost 10 years. Erica's teams have won national championships, grand championship, and overall awards on all levels of competition. Erica currently holds certifications in AACCA Safety, NFHS Cheer Coaches Credentials, USASF Credentials, as well as the WVSSAC Cheer coaching and judges certification.
