My favorite things about being an instructor is meeting and learning about new people so that I can put together a routine that they will find fun, challenging and push them to the next level.
I often think about previous trainers and fitness instructors who pushed me further than I thought I could go, inspiring me to work harder than I thought I could. I now aim to deliver that same type of instruction to every participant in each class I teach.
On a personal level I am a busy mom of two and wife who is passionate about teaching exercise classes and hold teaching certifications in group fitness, spin, fun fit games for kids, & CPR. Not only do I enjoy teaching but also enjoy participating in classes and running in 5K’s and 10K’s races. I’m committed to continuing education and love bringing fresh and fun ideas to class. It’s my goal to inspire others through fitness.
Amy’s Body Attack is the best of both worlds – short spurts of cardio to get your heart rate up then followed by toning. This class will work your whole body as well as burn those calories. Dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, or a bosu could be utilized throughout the workout as well as plyometrics and calisthenics. This class will push participants harder than they would push themselves while improving strength, coordination, help maintain or build muscle & self-confidence.
This class welcomes all fitness levels. If you get bored easily just working out by yourself, try my class it may be just what you're looking for!! I look forward to meeting each member that comes to class. Fitness is for everyone, IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU!!
