Amanda Metzger
Amanda is a 2011 graduate of West Virginia State University with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Studies and currently working on her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology at Marshall University. Growing up in West Virginia, Amanda remained fit through gym training as well as being an exceptional snow skier, roller-blader, kayak enthusiast, swimmer and softball player. She has taken part in Black Diamond Girl Scouts, Maverick Gymnastics and various softball teams coaching and playing. Amand's main interests are in lean muscle growth through Olympic style, triple extension workouts, free weights and interval training. Her objective is to keep the client interested and motivated in working toward their healthy goal. Amanda feels exercise is the ultimate cure for obesity, stress, type type two diabetes, high blood pressure, lethargy, depression and even boredom! Amanda keeps the workouts exciting, innovative and informative. It is also her interntion to make sure the client understands diet and exercise play partner roles in living a longer healthy life. She is here to keep the client steadily productive in working toward their ultimate fitness goals!
